摘要
目的:探讨腰大肌的作用及其与人类腰曲形成的关系。方法:选青春期健康青年男女28例,分别以站立位及端坐1h后摄侧位X线片,进行腰椎长短对照,并以站立位及步行(跨步)位摄正位、侧位X线片对照。结果:端坐1h后较原站立位侧位X线片显示短缩,平均为1.2cm,跨步位显示腰椎向同侧旋转,同时腰曲加大。步行带动腰椎向前弯曲并随左右下肢运动而旋转、侧弯,其主要作用力来自腰大肌。结论:腰大肌的伸缩是腰曲形成和改变的主要运动力。腰椎在站立和端坐下有伸缩运动。
Objective: To investigate the relationship of musculus psoas major role and the formation of lumbar curvature. Methods: 28 healthy male and female subjects in their adolescence were taken lateral X-ray films after one hour standing and sitting to compare the length of their lumbar vertebra. There fi'ontal and lateral X-ray films in standing and walking (stepping) positions were taken as control. Results: The lumbar vertebra after one hour sitting was obviously shorter than that of original standing in lateral X-ray film, average 1.2 cm. The X-ray film in stepping position demonstrated that lumbar vertebra rotated ipsilaterally meanwhile the lumbar curvature increased. Walking brought along the lumbar vertebra to bend forward and rotate with the movement of right and left lower limbs. The main force to finish this movement came mainly fi'om musculus psoas major. Conclusions: The formation and locomotion of lumbar curvature dependent mainly on the role of musculus psoas major. The lumbar vertebra made the corresponding extending and contracting movements when in standing and sitting positions.
