以牛乳为原料,通过正交试验确定生产灭菌奶的工艺条件为:115℃、20min,磷酸盐3.0/万,复合乳化稳定剂0.15%。
In the production of the high temperature sterilization milk, using the milk as testing material, by Orthogonal Test we have found the best conditions to product the high temperature sterilization milk: 115℃, 20 min, adding phosphate 3.0×10^-4, adding mixed emulsifier and stabilizer 0.15%.
