柿子富含人体需要的多种营养成分,柿子的果实、叶、蒂、霜、树皮、根等具有较高的医疗价值。本文综述了柿子的营养保健作用和开发利用,为柿子的综合利用开辟了一条途径。
The persimmon has abundant nutritions which are essential to the health of man. The fruit, leaf, pedicel, frost, bark, root,honey have good medical and healthy function.
