摘要
本文简述了水果果皮的结构性质和我国水果果皮加工的现状,分析了水果果皮在利用中所存在的问题,并提出相应的解决措施。
It was introduced that the structure and characteristic of fruit peel and the Chinese utilizing current situation of fruit peel in this paper. The problems that existed in utilizing of fruit peel were analyzed and also the countermeasure was put forward to utilizing of the fruit peel.
