摘要
试验结果表明，球团矿的软熔开始温度随碱度升高而升高，在焙烧温度低时，还原率亦随碱度升高而升高，焙烧温度高时，由于渣相出现使ＣａＯ／ＳｉＯ_２＝０．５～１．０时还原率降低。急冷易导致软化开始温度降低，故冷却不宜太快。
The laboratory softening under load test and reducibility test were conducted with different kinds of pellets having different Fe content and basicity. As a result,the softening start temperature of pellets increased as basicity increasing. At lower roasting temperature region,the reducibility of pellets is also increased with basicity,but at higher roasting temperature region,the reducibility decreased as basicity increased from 0. 5 to 1. 0,In addition,rapid cooling would lead to the decrease of softening start temperature so the cooling rate of pellets should not be too high.
