VEGF和MMPs在实验性脑积水大鼠脑组织中的表达及其意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)在实验性大鼠脑积水脑组织中的表达状况。方法:雄性大鼠60只,随机分为实验组和对照组,其中实验组48只,再随机平均分为A、B、C、D 4个亚组,建立脑积水模型。取脑积水形成4个不同时间脑组织应用免疫组织化学方法分别测定各组大鼠脑组织不同部位VEGF和MMPs表达情况。其余12只作为对照组。结果:与对照组相比,实验组脑组织中VEGF和MMPs表达均明显升高,尤其是脑室周围白质更为明显。VEGF和MMP-2随着脑积水形成时间的延长而逐渐升高,MMP-9则相反。结论:VEGF和MMPs可能参与脑积水的病理损害和恢复过程。 Objective: To Study the expression of VEGF and MMPs in the cerebral tissue of different sites in the rats with hydrocephalus. Methods: Sixty adult Wistar rats were randomly divided into experiment groups, where 48 rats were randomly equally divided into four subgroups, and control group (12 rats). The animal models of hydrocephalus were established with white matter. VEGF and MMPs in the cerebral tissue of hydrocephalus rats were assayed with imunohistochemical method in four different time. Results: The expression of VEGF and MMPs significantly increased in the cerebral tissue, especially in the periventricular white matter in the experiment group compared with the control group. VEGF and MMP-2 increased gradually with extension of hydrocephalus formation time gradually, while MMP-9 decreased gradually. Conclusion: The presnt results suggest that VEGF and MMPs probably take part in the pathological injury and repair process of the cerebral tissue in the rats with hydrocephalus.
