环氧合酶-2、P53和PCNA异常表达与口腔鳞状细胞癌生物学行为的关系

摘要 目的:研究口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中环氧合酶-2(COX-2)、P53和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的表达及其临床意义。方法:用链霉素亲生物素-过氧化酶免疫组织化学(SP)法检测40例口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中COX-2、P53和PCNA的表达,分析COX-2、P53和PCNA表达与临床病理参数的关系。结果:COX-2表达阳性率为47.5%(19/40),P53表达阳性率为60.0%(24/40),PCNA表达阳性率为65.0%(26/40)。COX-2、P53和PCNA的表达与口腔鳞状细胞癌患者的年龄、性别及组织分化程度无明显关系(P>0.05),与临床分期和淋巴结转移有关。Ⅲ期与Ⅰ、Ⅱ期比较,原发灶中COX-2、P53和PCNA表达率有升高趋势(P<0.05)。有淋巴结转移者与无淋巴结转移者比较,原发灶中COX-2、P53和PCNA表达率有升高趋势(P<0.05)。结论:COX-2、P53和PCNA的表达与口腔鳞状细胞癌的增殖、浸润和转移有关,检测口腔鳞状细胞癌中COX-2、P53和PCNA的表达有助于临床诊断和治疗。 Objective: To explore the relationship between the expression of COX-2,P53 and PCNA and progression, metastases of oral squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: The expression of COX-2, P53 and PCNA was detected in 40 oral squamous cell carcinoma by immunohistochemical staining. The relationship between expression of COX-2, P53 and PCNA and progression, metastases of oral squamous cell carcinoma was evaluated. Results: Among 40 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma, 19 cases were positive for COX-2(47.5%), 24 cases for P53 (60.0%), 26 cases for PCNA (65.0%), respectively. The expression of COX-2, P53 and PCNA was closely correlated with stage and lymph node metastasis of oral squamous cell carcinoma(P〈0.05). Conclusion: COX-2, P53 and PCNA were involved in progression, metastases of oral squamous cell carcinoma. Examining expression of COX-2, P53 and PCNA in oral squamous cell carcinoma will be helpful to diagnosis and treatment.
