实施教育成本补偿对高等医学教育筹资渠道的影响研究

Study on the Effects of Education Cost-Compensation System on Money-Raising Channels of Higher Medical Education

教育成本补偿制度,改变了高等教育传统的一元化筹资模式.本文通过对某省医学高校和大学生的调查,发现该省医学高校在筹集教育费用渠道上并未完全实现多元筹资,只是简单的二元化模式,即只有财政拨款收入和学费收入;大学生学费来源扔维持一元化模式,即依靠家庭收入.研究目的在于发现该省高校和大学生的教育费用来源过程中出现的问题,为高等医学教育实现筹资渠道多元化和良性发展提出建议.

Education cost-compensation system has changed the conventional channel of money-raising for higher medical education into multi-channel from single-channel. From an investigation on medical colleges and medical students in one province, we found that multi-channel money raising was not realized. There is only income of finance appropriate funds and tuition; it is also singlechannel inundergraduates＇ tuition source, namely family income. We aimed to discover the present situation and problems in money-raising channels of higher medical colleges and undergraduates, and to bring forward some beneficial advice for multi-channel money raising.
