摘要
本文介绍了一种基于目标规划的多物料配比计算模型，它克服了目前普遍采用的一些配料计算法只考虑成分要求这一单一因素的缺陷，还可体现管理者降低成本、合理使用原料等要求。利用笔者编制的以两阶段单纯形法为核心算法的多物料配比优化计算程序，可实现对该模型的求解。应用的结果表明，利用该程序可快速、准确地求出综合考虑上述因素的最优配比。该程序可用于各种多物料配料过程的配比计算。
A calculation method of optimum blending ratios of multi-materials based on goal programming is presented in this paper.It considers not only the requirement to chemical compositions of products,but also some factors such as cost savings and reasonable usage of raw materials.The software package of calculating the optimum blending ratios has been developed,and experimental results show that it can calculate the optimum blending ratios accurately and quickly,and can be applied in various blending process.
