从信息系统的视角给出了一个复杂的定义.并据此提出了壳-核结构模型,统一系统结构及其业务功能上的协同关系,以给予系统独立运作与发展的能力,并保持系统间的良好协作.最后用一个简化的物流信息系统实例予以具体说明.

This article provides a definition of complexity as viewed from information system. Based on the definition it gave an idea of shell-core structure model（SCSM） to unify the system structure and systems＇ cooperation relationship on business functions, in order to give systems the ability of working and developing independently, and to keep the smooth cooperation between systems too. At last it provides a simplified logistic information system （LIS） sample for explanation in detail.
