纳米结构Mn_2O_3催化H_2O_2分解亚甲基蓝的研究 被引量:3

摘要 文章以微米球和纳米棒两种形貌的M n2O3分别作催化剂,用XRD和TEM对其结构与形态进行了表征,研究了它们对H2O2分解亚甲基蓝的催化性能。结果表明,分别以微米球和纳米棒两种形貌的M n2O3作催化剂,H2O2分解亚甲基蓝的脱色反应均符合一级反应动力学,反应速率常数分别为0.002 24 m in-1和0.007 24 m i-n 1,M n2O3纳米棒的催化性能优于M n2O3微米球。在以M n2O3纳米棒为催化剂的条件下,研究了亚甲基蓝的初始质量浓度、H2O2的质量分数以及催化剂的用量对亚甲基蓝脱色率的影响。 This paper presents the investigation of the catalytic decomposition of methylene blue solution in the presence of H2O2 with as-prepared Mn2O3 microspheres and nanorods as catalysts, respectively. The catalysts are characterized by XRD and TEM. The decoloration rate of methylene blue follows the first-order kinetics and the reaction rate constants are 0. 002 24 min^-1 and 0. 007 24 min^-1 , respectively. The results indicate that the catalytic activity of Mn2O3 nanorods is higher than that of microspheres. The influences of reaction conditions such as initial concentration of methylene blue, catalyst dosage and H2O2 concentration on the decoloration efficiency of methylene blue are studied when Mn2O3 nanorods are used as catalysts.
