光动力学疗法治疗Barrett食管和早期食管癌

Photodynamic Therapy for Barrett's Esophagus and Early Stage Esophageal Carcinoma

摘要 光动力学疗法(PDT)是治疗Barrett食管(BE)相关的高度不典型增生或早期食管腺癌的有吸引力的一种新技术。通过对国外有关PDT时常用的光敏剂及其在治疗BE及早期食管癌中疗效文献复习发现,PDT治疗BE和早期食管癌安全、有效。 Photodynamic therapy（PDT） is an attractive technique for Barrett＇s esophagus（BE） related highgrade atypical hyperplasia or early stage adenocarcinoma in esophagus. The literature about photosensitive agents used in PDT and their curative effects on BE and early stage esophageal carcinoma were reviewed. The results reveal that PDT is safe and effective.
