紫云英叶面喷硒效应和硒素积累特性研究 被引量:13

The Effect of Spraying Se on Chinese Milk Veth and Characteristic of Se Accumulation

摘要 田间小区试验研究了喷施亚硒酸钠不同浓度、时期、品种对紫云英硒含量的影响,结果表明:在120~360 mg L-1亚硒酸钠溶液浓度范围内对紫云英鲜草产量可增产9.32%~14.8%,到420mg L-1对紫云英有轻微中毒现象,鲜草产量减产;在0~360mg L-1浓度范围内,紫云英茎叶和花蕾的含硒量、硒蛋白含量和蛋白硒含量随喷施浓度的提高而增加,到420mg L-1紫云英茎叶和花蕾的硒含量降低.紫云英的茎叶浸出液的硒含量在0~300 mg L-1的范围内变化很小,但花蕾的浸出液的硒含量较大.在不同生长时期喷施对紫云英的硒含量影响较小,但随喷施时期的延迟对紫云英有机硒的含量有显著降低.不同品种紫云英在未喷施硒的情况下影响较小,喷施硒后,品种间有一定的差异,闽紫1号硒含量最高. It was conducted that field plot experiments on the influence of spraying Na2SeO3 concentration, stage and variety on the Se content in Chinese milk veth. The results showed that Se fertilization increased fresh straw of Chinese milk veth yield with yield increment 9. 32-14.8% at the rates of 120-360mg l^-1 Na2SeO3. Light poisoning phenomenon has arisen at the level of 420mg l^-1 Na2SeO3 ,and it was decreased in the yield of fresh straw. The total Se and protein Se content of the Chinese milk veth leaf and the flower bud increased with the increment of Se content at the rates 0-360mg l^-1 Na2SeO3. At the level of 420mg l^-1 Na2SeO3, Se content decreased. The Se content in the Chinese milk veth stem and the leaf had small variation at the rates 120-360mg l^-1 ,while that in bud had large variation. There was little influence on the total Se content along with the stage of application, but the organic Se content decreased notably. The Se content had small variation in different assortment Chinese milk veth, but there was remarkable difference with the application of the Se fertilizer.
