摘要 论述了原料乳中体细胞数对干酪加工、成熟和产量的影响,以期为干酪生产提供理论参考。 The paper discusses the influence of somatic cell count in milk on cheese making ,ripening and yield, and the aim is to provide theoretical reference for cheese production.
