摘要
2005年,是武汉大学法学院资深教授马克昌先生80华诞,也是他从事刑法学教育和学术研究56周年。在半个多世纪的刑法学教育和学术研究中,马克昌认真学习,勇于探索,逐步形成了自己的刑法学思想。总结和研究马克昌刑法学思想,对于弘扬我国优秀刑法传统,激励后学,具有重要的现实意义。
2005 is the 80th birth-year of Mr. MA Ke-chang, Professor of Wuhan University Law School, and also is the 56th year that Mr. MA has taught and researched criminal law. In the process of his more than half a century＇s education and research of criminal law, MA studies hard and seriously, probes bravely, has formed his concept of criminal law step by step. Summing up and studying MA Ke-chang＇s concept of criminal law, is of great importance to enlarge Chinese good tradition of criminal law, and also to impel the latter learners.
