Policy of Foreign Trade, FDI and China's Economic Growth

摘要 本文考察了中国贸易政策在外商直接投资促进经济增长中的作用。本文利用中国 1982-2002年的年度数据,采用新增长模型分析贸易开放度对FDI的经济增长效应的影响。结果发现中国的贸易开放并没有提高FDI对中国经济增长的贡献。这主要是因为我国的外贸体制仍是保护贸易体制,主要是在体制外开辟了一个新途径,即对“三资企业”的进出口和加工贸易实行优惠政策。
