AF-8B对小鼠机体抗疲劳作用的研究

Study of AF-8B on antifatigue function in mice body

试验观察从天然植物中提取的黄酮醇苷类化合物AF-8B对小鼠机体是否有抗疲劳作用.方法通过小鼠负重游泳试验、肝糖原测定以及血乳酸测定对AF-8抗疲劳作用进行综合考察.结果AF-8B能显著延长小鼠负重游泳时间、增加小鼠肝糖原含量、减少小鼠血乳酸含量.结论AF-8B具有显著抗疲劳作用.

This study is to test whether AF-8B（a flavonol glycoside concentrate from natural plant）can improve the antifatigue function in mice. Methods： Take comprehensive observation of antifatigue function in mice by loading swimming test, and the test of glycogen content in mice liver, and the test of lactic acid content in mice blood. Results： AF-8B can efficiently add the time of mice loading swimming, add the glycogen content in mice liver, reduce lactic acid content in mice blood. Conclution： AF-8B can improve antifatigue function in mice efficiently.
