摘要 钢筋腐蚀是影响钢筋混凝土结构耐久性的首要因素.腐蚀会引起钢筋强度降低和延性减弱,进而导致结构承载能力下降.通过对一批已腐蚀钢筋的腐蚀量及腐蚀后力学性能的试验研究,分析了钢筋腐蚀的因素及腐蚀对钢筋力学性能的影响,认为该批钢筋力学性能的降低是腐蚀后受三种因素共同作用的结果;总结了钢筋各项力学性能指标与钢筋腐蚀程度的相关关系,提出当受腐蚀钢筋的重量损失率大于10%时,就应该考虑腐蚀对钢筋性能的影响,予以折减的结论;并总结了各腐蚀量参数间的关系,为衡量钢筋腐蚀程度和结构耐久性分析提供依据. The corrosion of reinforcing bar is the chief factor that affects the durability of reinforced concrete structure. The corrosion of reinforcing bar can weaken its strength and ductility, and then cause structural bearing capacity to reduce. By the research on a group of corrosion reinforcing bars, the influence of the mechanical property of corrosion reinforcing bars was formed by the combining action of three kind factors. The dependency relation of the property index and corrosion level of reinforcing bars was summarized. The conclusion that the property of reinforcing bars should be reduced when the weight loss rate is more than ten percent was suggested. The relations of the weight loss rate and the average and maximum corrosion depth was established, which can offer a basis for evaluate the corrosion level of reinforcing bar and the analysis of the structural durability.
