摘要
研究了不同肥料及施用量对菠菜硝酸盐积累的影响,结果表明:不同肥料种类对菠菜硝酸盐积累不同,表现为NH4NO3>(NH4)2SO4>CO(NH2)2>NH4Cl.随着施肥量增加,硝酸盐积累增加.硝酸盐积累高峰:高氮时在施肥后7~9d出现;低氮时在施肥后12d出现.硝化抑制剂双氰铵(DCD)能降低NH4NO3和NH4Cl的硝酸盐积累,对NH4NO3作用较为明显.
Effects of different fertilizers and application doses on nitrate accumulation in spinach were studied. The results showed that different fertilizers had various effects on nitrate accumulation in spinach, and the descending order of the effects of fertilizers was NH4NO3 〉 (NH4)2SO4 〉CO(NH2 )2 〉NH4Cl. Increasing amount of applied fertilizer made the nitrate accumulation increase. The highest nitrate accumulation appeared at 7-9 days after application when the N content was high and at 12 days after application when the N content was low. The nitrification inhibitor (DCD) could reduce the nitrate accumulation of NH4NO3 and NH4Cl and have a more significant effect on NH4NO3.
