摘要对国际系统动力学学会版本的啤酒游戏做了一些关键性的改进:主要改进了游戏的模版初始化条件和游戏的步骤,克服了啤酒游戏内在固有的缺点和复杂技术性细节,从而使管理科学领域的这一重要案例更加仿真现实,更加符合人们的思维习惯。 Some essential improvements are carried out to the beer games from the Intemational System Dynamics Society. This paper mainly improves the beer game boards, initializing conditions and game steps, which overcomes inherent defeats, and makes the management science practical.
