摘要
明确了过程系统优化对现代企业管理以及设计结构矩阵对过程系统优化的重要性;对设计结构矩阵的定义、特性和基于设计结构矩阵的过程系统建模步骤进行了详细介绍。研究结果表明DSM是一种有效的建模方法,能够为企业过程系统的结构改善、过程优化等提供有力支持。
This paper realizes the significance of system optimization to modem enterprise management and the importance of design structure matrix （DSM） to process system optimization, investigates thoroughly the definitions and characteristics of DSM and DSM-based system modeling process. It is concluded that DSM is an effective modeling method that strongly supports the improvement and optimization of system structures.
