石油炼制企业生产过程监控与管理系统研究

Research on production process monitoring and management system for oil refinery

这里针对石油炼制企业生产过程监控、工艺信息管理等方面存在的问题,进行了分析和研究,提出了相应的解决方案。介绍了具有生产过程实时数据采集,基于网络和实时数据库的工艺数据分析与管理等的生产过程监控与管理系统。同时,还给出了系统所采用的关键技术和实施实例。系统应用JSP、Servlet、JavaBean、XML、OWC和Oracle数据库实现。系统可以在集成环境下运行,满足了石油炼制企业生产过程监控与管理的需求。

The problems about production process monitoring, technological information management and production scheduling for oil refinery are analyzed and some resolution schemes are proposed. A production process monitoring and management system including real time data collecting of production facilities, technological data analyzing based network and real time database and CBR （case based reasoning） based scheduling strategy are introduced. Meanwhile, some key technologies the system adopted and application scenarios are presented. The system is developed in JSP, Servlet, JavaBean, XML, OWC and Oracle database. The system is running in an integrated environment of enterprise. It needs the requirements of production process monitoring and management for oil refinery.
