HPLC法测定新肤螨灵软膏中甲硝唑的含量

Determination of the metronidazole in Xinfu Manling Ointment by HPLC

目的采用高效液相色谱法测定新肤螨灵软膏甲硝唑含量.方法色谱柱为Diamonsil-C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),甲醇-水(20:80)为流动相,流速为1.0ml·min-1,检测波长为315nm.结果线性范围为7.614～38.07μg·ml-1(r=0.9996),甲硝唑的平均回收率为100.3%,RSD为0.66%.结论该法简便、灵敏、准确.

Objective The metronidazole in Xinfu Manling ointment was detemined by HPLC.Methods Diamonsil-C18 column （250mm× 4.6mm,5μm）was used,the mobile phase was methanol-water（20：80）,flow rate was 1.0ml·min^-1,and detective wavelength was at 315 nm.Results The linear range was 7.614-38.07μg·ml^-1（ r =0.9996） ,the average recovery rate was 100.3%, and RSD was 0.66%. Conclusion This method was convenient,sensitive and accurate.
