微小型钛板坚固内固定术在颌面部骨折治疗中的应用

Titanium miniplate rigid internal fixative operation on maxillofacial fractures

目的探讨微小型钛接骨板坚固内固定术在颌面部骨折治疗中的应用效果.方法采用微型和小型钛板对198例颌面部骨折施行坚固内固定术,根据骨折部位采取不同入路的切口,并对手术要点及并发症等进行探讨.结果198例手术均顺利完成.术后随访3个月～6a,患者面形及咬(牙合)关系均获得恢复及改善,疗效满意.结论手术切口隐蔽,符合医学美学要求;微型和小型钛板骨折固定技术操作简单、省时,固定稳定可靠;术后无需颌间固定,即时或早期恢复咀嚼功能;正确的固定技术可减少并发症的发生.

Objective： To study the effect of Titanium miniplate rigid internal fixation fracture of maxilla. Methods： The Titanium miniplate and microplate were used in rigid internal fixation operations for 198 cases of maxillofacial fractures. The operative approach, operative key, fixation pattern and site, complication and effect were analyzed. Results： All of the operations had been completed successful. The follow-up period was 3 months to 6 years. The post-operative facial appearance and occlusal function were resumed and improved obviously. Conclusions： The technique in treating maxillofacial fractures have the advantage of invisible incision, minimally invasive manipulation, simpleness and practicality, good resistance against torque force. The incidence of complications can be decreased with improving the manipulation.
