^(18)F-氟代脱氧葡萄糖PET和PET-CT在转移性骨肿瘤中的应用研究

摘要 18F-氟代脱氧葡萄糖(18F-FDG)PET和PET-CT可直接显示转移到骨骼中的肿瘤组织,早期诊断转移性骨肿瘤,是较为敏感的一种方法。其与传统骨显像在临床应用中具有互补作用,不能相互替代,应针对不同情况具体对待。 ^18F-fluorodeoxyglucose ( ^18F-FDG ) PET or PET-CT can directly detect increased glucose metabolism of neoplastic cells nested in the skeleton, making it a sensitive method for assessment of bone metastases.
