摘要
套管钻井是近几年新兴的一项钻井技术,由于该项技术具有节省完井时间、减少井下事故、降低钻井成本、保护油气层等优点,目前表现出强劲的发展势头。吉林油田针对套管钻井的特点,立足于工艺及工具设备国产化原则,进行了套管钻井工艺及工具配套技术的研究,并在吉林油田套保及扶余地区进行了3口套管钻井的现场试验,取得了良好效果。证明国产化套管钻井技术经过完善后,可望成为降低钻井成本、提高效益的钻井新技术,具有广阔的发展前景。
Casing drilling, an emerging technology, has the advantages of saving well completion time, avoiding accidents, redueting drilling cost, protecting the oil - gas layer. Based on domestic principle of the techniques and equipments , the research of casing drilling technique and tool matching technique were carried out. Through field test in Taobao and Fuyu Area in Jilin Oilfield, the technology has been got good effect. According to the result of resting, it has been proved that Casing Drilling has fine prospect.
