摘要
通过在覆膜砂中加入经过表面处理的纤维,并且只要纤维的种类、长度、直径和加量选择的合适,其抗压和抗折强度都相应增大,尤其抗折强度增大较多。所以,在覆膜砂中加入纤维,可以提高覆膜砂的挡砂强度等性能。经过大量试验,确定了覆膜砂中添加纤维的种类、长度、直径、加量和合适的表面处理方法。该技术在孤东油田已投入使用,试验两口井,防砂成功率100%。
Laboratory tests show that if fiber is added to the coated sand, and if the types, the length, the diameter and the added quantity are selected appropriately, the com-pressive strength and the bending strength increases correspondingly, especially the bending strength. Therefore, the sand control strength can be improved through adding the fibred to the coated sand. The type, the length, the diameter, the added quantity and the appropriate surface treatment are confirmed through a lot of laboratory test. The technology has been applied to two water wells in Gudong oil field, and the success rate is up to 100% .
