摘要
采用浸渍法和分光光度法进行了阿维菌素与吡虫啉混用对豇豆荚螟(Marucatestutalis Geyer)的联合毒力研究。结果表明,阿维菌素与吡虫啉按有效成分9∶125混配后对豇豆荚螟的毒力表现出明显的增效作用,对豇豆荚螟α-NA和β-NA羧酸酯酶活性均表现出明显的联合抑制作用。
The joint-toxicity of the insecticide mixture of abamectin and imidacloprid in Maruca testutalis Geyer were studied by leaf immersion method and spectrophotometry method. The results showed that the insecticide mixture of abamectin and imidacloprid by the ratio of 9 :125 had a significantly synergistic toxicity to Maruca testutalis and was significantly joint-inhibition coefficient to carboxylesterase activity in Maruca testutalis.
