摘要
介绍１５ｔ转炉炼钢声纳控制渣指导操作系统，它首先建立专家系统的知识库及转炉炼钢造渣操作咨询系统，然后编制成转炉造渣指导操作软件，在微机屏幕上显示枪位，加料操作指令，指导工人造渣操作。为转炉炼钢科学化、标准化提供手段，并使炉料消耗明显降低。
The sonar slag control operational guiding system for 15t steelmaking converter is introduced in this paper. Firstly, a expert's knowledge data bass and a consultation system were set up, and then the converter slagging operational guiding software was worked out. The lance position and charging operation command display on the computer's screen to guide workers in slag forming operation. This makes the steelmaking process more scientific, standard and the comsuption of the burden has been significantly reduced.
