摘要
为取得良好的结晶器振动工艺效果,在连铸生产中对振动频率与拉坯速度匹配进行了改进,根据取得的结果,进行了比较和分析。证实振动频率与拉坯速度匹配关系的改进与完善,能不断改善结晶器振动工艺效果,有效控制坯壳粘结。
In order to gain a better vibration effect in the mold, the matching between the vibration frequency and slab withdrawing speed in continuous casting production has been improved. And analysis and comparation was made based on the result. It is affirmed that the improvement of the mtching relation can improve the vibration affects in the mold and control the stick of solidified shell.
