织物防热幅射性能测试与研究

Measurement and Research of the Performance of Resistance of Heat Radiation of Fabrics

本文研究了织物防热辐射性能。根据生理学的观点研制了测试装置并提出了评价织物防热辐射性能指标。通过对若干块试样的测试,证明该装置的原理是可行的,能够反映出织物防热辐射的性能。最后分析了织物防热辐射性能与织物结构参数之间的关系。

In this paper the mechanism of the resistance of thermal radiation of fabrics has been analysed. How to compute the resistance performance of fabrics was first proposed and the instrument was developed by authors based on the physiology. According to the analyses of the protecting garments used by the ShaanXi Iron and Steel Plant and another thirteen kinds of fabrics, the four indexs, and one heat reciving curve have been suggested to compute fabrics＇ resistance of heat radiation. Finally the relationship between Tq and parameters of fabrics has been investigated
