摘要
自主学习即“自我导向”、“自我激励”、“自我监控”的学习。自主学习的教学涵义是塑造良好的知识结构、实施“无为”教育和“对话与启发”教育。培养学生自主学习的能力可从几个方面入手:训练学生学会做学习计划;训练学生对学习过程进行自我监测和调控;训练学生对学习进行自我评价;训练学生提高自我效能感、对学习的价值意识,选择正确的目标导向、归因方式等;培养学生调控学习环境的能力,积极营造或选择、利用有利于学习的社会和物质环境。
Self- regulated leaming is mainly characterized by being self- directed, self- motivated and self- monitored. Its implications for instruction are shaping good knowledge structure, providing do - nothing education and heuristic education. The ways of raising students' capability of self- regulated learning are training students how to make study plans, training students how to monitor and assess their own leaming process, training students how to raise their self- efficacy and their consciousness of the value of their learning, training students how to choose correct learning objectives and ways of attribution, and training students' capability of regulating their learning environment, namely actively building or choosing and utilizing favorable social and physical environment.
