摘要
商务函电是国际商务活动的重要载体。随着现代社会节奏的加快,在草拟商务函电的简洁性方面显得愈发重要。商务函电如果写得好,可以为公司赢得新的业务,有助于促进同客户间的关系,并能消除彼此间的误会;反之,则可能失去客户的订单。故而,有必要了解商务函电“语域”内容针对性强、组织结构简短、语言简洁明了的三个基本特征,并对相关的写作方法及技巧进行探讨。
Business correspondence is an important cartier in the field of international business. With the rapid pace of modem society, plain writing has become of greater importance in drafting business correspondence. On the one hand, well- organized business correspondence can help gain new orders, promote business relationship and even dissolve misunderstandings. However, if written in a poor quality, customers may turn to other sources. In this sense, it is necessary to understand the importance of 3 stylistic features in the register of business correspondence, i.e. purpose - oriented in content, conciseness in structure and plainness in language etc. , and explores the application of some relevant techniques in writing.
