摘要
ＹＹＧＫ－３００及２００型液压凿岩机采用液压缓冲器吸振降噪，双高压蓄能器降低油压脉动，双面回油锤阀随动机构减少排油压力脉动，提高了零部件使用寿命，降低了凿岩成本。工业试验结果表明：两机型完全适应水星１４－１Ｌ及２Ｆ型台车工作参数，整机简单可靠，在坚硬矿岩中实现掘进作业连续３０００ｍ，采矿作业连续１０００ｍ无故障运行。
YYGK-300 and YYGK-200 hydraulic drills feature a hydraulic buffer for damping and noise abatement,dual high pressure accumulator for reducing the oil pressure fluctuation and double-side return valve servomechanism for decreasing the pressure pulse due to oil discharge,thus improving the service life of components and reducing the drilling costs. Commercial tests showed that both the drills are simple in their structure and reliable in operation.They achieved continuous 2 000 m drilling in hard rock, and continuous 1 000 m mining operation without any trouble, meeting the specification of Mercury 14-1L and 2F drilling rigs.
