以邻甲基苯胺为原料,经重氮化、偶合、水解及粗品精制工艺合成邻甲基苯乙酮,选择硫酸铜和亚硫酸钠作催化剂,邻甲基苯胺:乙醛肟:铜盐:亚硫酸钠的较佳摩尔投料比为:1:1.2-1.4:0.1-0.15:0.03,PH=6.0-8.0,在15-20℃偶合反应3hr,收率73%,产品纯度98%。
12 methods for the preparation of 2′-methylacetophenone was reviewed. The method of the preparation of 2′-methylacetophenone from o-tolylarnine and acetaldehyde oxime was presented.
