摘要
德兴铜矿三期工程建成后,生产能力达到采选矿石9万t/d,与此同时,矿山酸性废水的污染也日趋严重。基于该矿酸性废水的水质、水量调查及尾矿溢流水质的分析,进行了利用尾矿分级溢流液处理酸性废水的研究。结果表明,采用一段中和或二段中和方式,均可使中和处理后的水质达到国家工业废水排放标准,且满足选矿生产用水的要求。
After the completion of phase-3 project of Dexing Copper Mine, its throughput capacity will reach 90, 000 t/d of ore and its pollution resulting from acidic mine exhausted water is more and more sevious. Based on the survey of quality and quantity of its acidic exhausted water and the analysis of quality of its tailing overflow, the authors discuss the treatment of acidic exhausted water by tailing overflow liquid. Thd results show that the quality of water obtained by one-stage neutralization or douple-stage neutralization can come up to the state discharge stardands of industrial exhausted water,meeting the requirements of water for mineralprocessing.
