摘要
对影响赤铁矿过滤过程的物理因素和化学因素进行了研究。物理因素主要是通过降低液体的粘度和表面张力,增大压强差,改善颗粒的堆积形式而强化过滤过程的。化学因素对滤过程的影响较为复杂,无机电解质主要是通过压缩矿物表面双电层而强化过滤过程,在矿物表面ζ-电位等于零时,过滤效果最好;有机药剂(塔尔油及其4种馏分)对赤铁矿过滤过程的影响与其相互作用机理密切相关,当药剂在矿物表面发生单层吸附时,过滤效果较好。
A study was made of physical and chemical factors influencing the filtering process of hematitie. Physical factors intensify the filtering process mainly by reducing the viscosity and surfact tension of liquid, increasing pressure difference and improving the accumulation form of mineral particles. The influence of chemical factors on the filtering process is rather complicated.Inorganic electrolyte intensifies the filtering process mainly by compressing double electric layer on the surfaces of minerals. Whenζ-potential on the surfaces of minerals is zero, the filtering effect is best.The influence of organic reagents (Tall oil and its fractions) on the filtering process of hematite results mainly from their interaction mechanism. Single layer adsorption of reagent on the surfaces of mineral can lead to good filtering results.
