Application of Operational Deflection Shapes Technology in the Textile Machine

本文阐述了ODS基本原理,通过对细纱机滚盘和机架系统的振动分析,以及利用滚盘的声强测量与ODS图对比,验证了ODS适用条件,找出滚盘和机架结构的薄弱环节。ODS技术与模态分析技术相比,具有试验简单,环境要求低的特点,对描述纺织机械运转变形状态甚为有利。

This paper describes the fundamental principle of Operational Deflection Shapes. It also examines the suitable conditions for ODS and provides with the disk and weak part of the frame structure throngh analysis of the vibration of the ring Apinning disk and the frame, and through comparison between the sound intensity measurement and ODS on a disk. In addition, ODS technique differs from that of Model Analysis in that it requires simpler tests and conditions abont environment, which makes it easier to describe the operational deflection shape of the textile machine.
