摘要
对由磨矿、弱磁选、强磁选和浮选组成的包钢选矿厂复杂选矿生产过程建立了分段和整体数学模型;按照精矿产率最大原则,并结合选矿厂实际,构造了选矿技术优化决策模型。由此可分析影响选矿过程的主要因素,寻找最佳的工艺操作参数,实现选矿过程的优化管理。
Stage and integral mathematical models were established for the Baogang Concentration plant's production process consisting of milling,low intensity magnetic separation,high intensity magnetic separation and flotation separation.Based on its highest yield and in light of its practical condititons, the authors designed a policy-making model for optimization of its mineral separation techniques. Through this model,key factors influencing its mineral separation process could be analysed to find its operation parameters, achieving its optimum management of mineral separation process.
