摘要
研究了包头铌精矿内配碳球团还原过程的反应特性,查明了脱铁、除磷及渣中铌收率与各影响因素的关系,提出了还原过程最佳工艺参数。通过还原熔炼,获得含Nb_2O_5大于16%的富铌渣和含磷2.10%的半钢,渣中铌收率达98.50%,脱铁率86.34%,脱磷率81.40%,可满足电金属热法生产中级铌铁对富铌渣的要求。
The reductive behaviour of carbon-bearing pellets of Baotou nioblim concentrates was studied. The factors affecting the phosphorus and iron removal,and the niobium recoveries from the slag are discussed, and the optimum process parameters for the reduction given in this paper.By reduction smelting a niobium-rich slag containing more than 16% Nb_2O_5, and a semisteel containing 2.10% phosphorus have been obtained, with the recovery of niobium reaching 98.5%, and 86.34% iron and 81.40% phosphorus removed from the slag.Therefore the niobium-rich slag is satisfactory for producing medium quality Nb-Fe alloy using electrothermal metal reduction technique.
