摘要
随着全球经济一体化,供应链已呈全球化趋势。通过分析我国民营企业优劣势可以看出,企业集群是民营企业参与全球供应链、实现国际化经营的有效方式。为了参与到全球供应链中,我国民营企业集群应进一步重视和强化企业专业化经营、建立政府扶持体系、完善中介服务机构和加强集群企业之间协调性等工作,以企业集群方式培育出自己的核心能力,增强民营企业在全球供应链中的整体实力和竞争优势,顺利实现我国民营企业的国际化之路。
With the integration of globd economy, the supply chain also tend to be glabalized. Analysis of the advantages of our country＇s private-owned enterprises reveals that group participation in the global supply chain is an effective means of achieving internationalization of operations. Our country＇s privateowned enterprises ought to strengthen their specialization, establish governmental support system, improve intermediary agencies and the coodination among enterprises foster and enhance their group core competence,and improve their competitiveness in the global supply chain, in order to be internationalized.
