摘要
由于电磁永磁混合磁浮系统的悬浮磁极加了永磁部分,系统的不稳定因素增多,这就要求控制系统有更快的响应速度,更高的刚度。因此,采用自动在线调整控制参数的专家PID控制器,对整个混合悬浮控制系统进行仿真,并分析比较了专家PID控制器与传统PID控制器,证明了专家PID控制器优越性。使系统响应速度加快,超调量减少,从而可解决磁悬浮的低刚度问题。
After the permanent magnet adding to the suspend poles of the hybrid levitation system, facing the increased instability factors, then the control system with faster respond speed and higher stiffness was required. Based on the stiffness problem of the hybrid levitation system, adopting the expert PID controller wich tunes control parameters on-line automatically, the whole hybrid levitation control system was simulated. The expert PID controller with the traditional PID controller were analyzed and compared. The results prove that the expert PID controller with faster respond speed and less adjusting amount can solve low stiffness problem of magnetic levitation.
