摘要
目的:探讨羊膜移植联合湿润烧伤膏对急性期角膜碱烧伤的影响。方法:采用兔角膜碱烧伤模型,比较湿润烧伤膏以及羊膜覆盖法联合应用与两者单用的治疗效果。结果:两者联合应用可进一步促进角膜上皮修复,减少胶原纤维的断裂溶解,结膜充血情况明显改善。结论:湿润烧伤膏联合羊膜覆盖治疗急性兔角膜碱烧伤的效果优于两者单用。
Objective： To investigate the efficacy of amnion transplantation in combination with local application of MEBO in treating acute alkaline bum of rabbit cornea. Method： In the rabbit model of acute alkaline bum of cornea, the therapeutic effect of amnion transplantation in combination with local application of MEBO was compared with that of amnion transplantation or MEBO alone. Result： Amnion transplantation in combination with MEBO can further promote repair of corneal epithelium, reduce fragmentation and dissolution of collagen fibers, and improve conjunctival congestion. Conclusion： The curative effect of MEBO in combination with amnion transplantation in combination with MEBO was superior to amnion transplantation or MEBO alone. So this method is worthy to be further researched.
