摘要
目的:总结十年来应用MEBT湿润暴露疗法治疗各类烧伤病人的临床体会。方法:对正规系统使用湿润烧伤膏和湿性暴露疗法治疗94例烧伤进行临床总结和分析。结果:94例病人全部治愈,愈后色素沉着较轻,无瘢痕形成或瘢痕增生轻微,功能良好。结论:湿润暴露疗法疗效可靠,操作简便,值得各级医疗单位推广使用。
Objective： To sum up the experience with MEBT in treating burn wounds of various kinds. Method： 94 cases of bttm of different kinds were treated with MEBT/MEBO in standardized way and their clinical data were analyzed and summarized. Result： 94 cases were all cured. The pigmentation was slight, only slight scar or no scar formed after wound healing. The function was very good. Conclusion： MEBT/MEBO has very reliable efficacy. It is easy and simple to apply and is worthy to be popularized in grass-root medical units.
