摘要
目的:观察MEBO油纱条治疗二甲苯烧伤的疗效。方法:对178例二甲苯烧伤病人的创面全程采用MEBO 油纱条治疗。结果:178例病人全部治愈,深Ⅱ度创面未留疤痕、无畸形及功能障碍,创面愈合时间为5～13天,疼痛缓解时间在10～15分钟左右,30%以上烧伤面积的患者,经血液检测,无全身中毒现象。结论:MEBO油纱条治疗二甲苯烧伤,疼痛缓解快,愈合时间短,不会发生因二甲苯吸收而引发全身中毒反应。
Objective： To observe the efficacy of MEBT/MEBO in treating xylene burn. Method： 178 patients burned by xylene were treated in the whole course with MEBO gauze. Result： All the patients were cured. Deep 2nd degree wounds healed without scar formation. No deformity and no dysfunction happened. The wounds healed in 5 to 13 days. Pain was relieved in 10 to 15 minutes after MEBO application. As proved by blood examination, no systemic intoxication happened in patients with burn area over 30% TBSA. Conclusion： MEBO gauze is very efficacious in treating xylene burn. Pain was quickly stopped and wound healing was promoted. No systemic intoxication due to absorption of xylene happened.
