The application of MEBO in the treatment of residual burn wounds at the later stage

目的:观察应用MEBO在治疗烧伤晚期残余创面的疗效。方法:残余创面面积0.5%～10%TBSA,外用MEBO,全身综合治疗以及创面细菌检测。结果:所有创面在6天～20天愈合,瘢痕增生不明显。结论:MEBO治疗烧伤晚期残余创面疗效明显,无痛感,操作简便,实用。

Objective： To observe the efficacy of MEBO in treating residual burn wounds at the later stage. Method： Residual burn wounds with an area of 0.5% to 10%TBSA were treated locally with MEBO and associated with systemic treatment. Bacteria in wounds were detected regularly throughout the course of the treatment. Result： All the residual wounds were healed in 6 to 20 days after treatment. No significant hyperplastic scar formed. Conclusion： MEBO is very efficacious in treating residual burn wounds at the later stage. It is easy and simple to apply,
