CO_2激光照射外用MEBO治疗面部扁平疣

Locall application of MEBO after carbon dioxide laser therapy for treating facial verruca planae

目的:探讨CO_2激光治疗面部扁平疣后的创面外涂MEBO的疗效。方法:对185例面部扁平疣患者先运用CO_2激光汽化治疗扁平疣病灶,烧灼后创面外涂MEBO,对创面的修复及扁平疣的复发率进行观察。结果:185例患者经二年随访,一次治愈169例(91.35%),二次治愈16例(8.65%),色素沉着15例(8.11%),总有效率100%。无一例患者创面发生感染,色素沉着者3个月～6个月后自行消退。结论:MEBO对CO_2烧灼后创面有显著治疗作用,且使用方便,无副作用。

Objective： To observe the efficacy of local application of MEBO in treating facial verruca planae after laser therapy. Method： 185 cases of this disease were treated locally with MEBO after receiving carbon dioxide laser therapy. Result： All the patients were followed-up for 2 years, 165 out of the 185 cases were cured after one treatment （91.35%）, 16 cases were cured after 2 treatments （8.65%）. 15 cases had pigmentation （8.11% ）. The total effective rate was 100%. None of them had wound infection. The pigmentation subsided spontaneously after 3 to 6 months. Conclusion： MEBO is very effective in treating wounds after laser therapy. It is easy to apply and has no side effect.
