EBO for treating tendo calcaneus exposure post burn---a micro-traumatic therapy

目的:利用湿润烧伤膏去腐生肌和促进创口愈合的机制,探索烧伤后跟腱外露的微创性治疗方法。方法: 选跟腱表面及其周围皮肤深度烧伤伴跟腱外露的病人为研究对象,采用湿润暴露疗法进行保守治疗,必要时仅行断层皮片移植。结果:跟腱表面创面愈合,跟腱功能恢复良好。结论:湿润烧伤膏可有效促进跟腱外露创面愈合。

Objective： To apply MEBO in the treatment of tendo calcaneus exposure post burn, to explore a micro - traumatic therapy with no further damage of the wound tissue. Method： MEBO conservative treatment was applied in deeply burned patients with tendo cxalcaneus exposure. Only a few cases needed skin grafting. Result： Wounds in tendo cxalcaneus were healed and the function recovered very well. Conclusion： MEBO can promote healing of the wounds with tendo calcaneus exposure post bum.
