心理干预在烧烫伤焦虑患者中的应用

The application of psychological intervention nursing in patients with burn anxiety

目的:探讨心理干预护理模式对烧(烫)伤焦虑患者的干预效果,进一步完善可供整体护理借鉴的护理措施。方法:应用情绪干预、行为干预、心理咨询和护理指导等方法,于病人入院24小时内确定实行心理干预对象,128 例烧(烫)伤患者具有焦虑症状,对其中60例(实验组)连续心理干预7天,评估干预效果;另68例为对照组,除不予心理干预外,其他治疗、护理方法同实验组,两组一起评估干预效果。结果:实验组在伤后创面未全部愈合的第7天,焦虑值较干预前明显降低(P<0.01),收缩压和脉率也明显低于干预前(P<0.01),上述指标虽然明显低于对照组,但尚未恢复至正常水平。结论:心理干预能改善烧(烫)伤焦虑患者的焦虑状态,提高患者生存质量,但是心理干预是一项长期的护理工作,至于进行到何时终止,有待于进一步研究。

Objective： To investigate the effect of psychological intervention nursing on patients with bum anxiety, in order to make the comprehensive nursing work more perfect. Method： A comprehensive nursing method including emotional intervention, behavior intervention, psychological consultation and nursing guide, etc. was suggested. The patients selected to receive psychological intervention nursing were decided in 24 hour after hospitalization. 128 patients had burn anxiety. 60 of them in the experiment group received psychological intervention nursing for 7 days. 68 of them did not receive any psychological intervention as a control. Except for psychological intervention nursing, 128 patients received all the same nursing and treatment. The effect of the 2 groups was compared. Result： In experiment group, on day 7 after psychological intervention, the anxiety value was significantly lowered as compared with that before intervention （P 〈 0.01 ）. Systolic pressure and pulse rate were also significantly lower than before （P 〈 0.01 ）. But these indexes were still higher than normal. Conclusion： Psychological intervention nursing can improve the anxiety state of patients and promote their living quality. Psychological intervention is a long term nursing work. When this intervention can be stopped remains to be further studied.
