摘要
介绍了国内有机硅单体厂的有机硅产品在过去10个季度中的收入、毛利、毛利率、车间成本等经济指标,分析了星新材料和新安股份2家国内主要的有机硅单体厂的毛利率及其与环体市场价格的关系,结果发现,均呈二次函数表达式;计算出星新材料和新安股份在盈亏平衡点上的有机硅环体价格分别为0.980万元/t和0.897万元/t。为现有及在建、新建有机硅单体厂的发展提出了方向性的建议。
The economic indicators,such as the income,gross profit,gross profit rate,and shop cost on silicone monomer industry in China in the last ten months were introduced,and the relationship between the gross profit rate and market price of DMC and D4 with two major silicone monomer plants as Xingxin Silicone Material and Xin'an Stock was analyzed.The result showed that both were quadratic function.The price of DMC and D_4 at the balance point of profit and loss of Xingxin Silicone Material and Xin'an Stock were $9800 per ton and $8970 per ton respectively.Eventually the suggestions on the development of silicone monomer plants for the existent,on the build and the newly-built were indicated.
